Back to school is approaching fast! And for some, school has already began. My nieces and nephews in Florida have already started, so, it is that time and the hustle and bustle is in full effect. Our kiddies have 2 more weeks to enjoy their summer, and it cannot come fast enough for them and us! It has been great this summer, but the arguing, fussing, fighting I can do without. This year, all 3 will be in, yep, our pumpkin is starting the big Kindergarten this year! She is excited to be in school with her brothers, and so that is good. We will not have to revisit her pre school first week where it was a meltdown everyday. And we will not have to revisit my first day back to work when she was 5 months old and it was me who had the meltdown. I think I will be pretty good this year, but you never know...haha! Their school has sent the updates to the new school year and one of those updates is an earlier time, which is good and bad. I was already rushing out of here last year to get them to school on time and now I have 3 to get out the door and looking decent. The boys have become independent where they want to get dressed by themselves. It took me a while to let go, but it’s less work for me, so I have cut the cord. I just do a quick check before we leave. The baby girl is not quite there yet, so along with getting her cleaned up, and dressed, I do let her do that, there is the hair, the big elephant in the room...lol
With each month and each year there becomes a new craze about what makes our hair flourish and grow faster. The thing is, nothing can make our hair grow faster. The rate at which our hair grows is already predetermined by our genes, but, and there is a but. We can retain the length that grows instead of it breaking off, or us having to cut it off because it becomes too brittle. We retain length by forming good habits, using good products, having a good hair regimen, and having a good diet.
The new craze is the water only method. I came across this on YouTube by a person who lives in France. Her stylist had suggested it to her. So, me being intrigued, I decided to do some more research. So what is the water only method and how does it work?
