Slow Hair Growth?

Having difficulty growing your hair? This could be why

All of our organs play a very important role in our health. Each one plays off of the other. So having one diseased organ will lead to other organs being sick. It is good practice to heal the entire body when trying to heal oneself. You just can’t target one and think that you are healed, because all of them are in sync with each other.

However, once you go on a journey to heal oneself divide and conquer will work out, as long as your plans are to heal the whole body. Targeting one organ after another,  is always good because you know exactly what to look for and how to go about doing it.

As I mentioned before, if your kidneys are at risk most of the time that means your liver is at risk. So healing both at the same time would be best. But let’s talk about the kidneys and its functions.

The kidney is regarded as the body's most important reservoir of essential energy. The original prenatal energy (yuan chee) which forms the basis of life is stored in the kidney organ-energy system, which is why the kidneys are also known as the 'Root of Life'. The kidneys themselves are responsible for filtering waste metabolites from the blood and moving them onwards to the bladder for excretion in urine.  Along with the large intestine, the kidneys control the balance of fluids in the body. In addition, they regulate the body's acid-alkaline balance (pH) by selectively filtering out or retaining various minerals.

If someone has a strong kidney energy, hair is shiny, thick, strong and healthy and they will have fewer grey hairs when they are old. Thick hair at birth is an indication of strong kidney essence or energy. If you have decreased kidney function, this affects hair growth. (Information taken from many sources)

As we can see, the kidney is very important to our body and functionality. Having any kind of issue with you kidney can cause birth infertility, low sex drive, mood swings, immune deficiency, anemia and much much more.

It has been documented that most people suffer from some form of kidney disease and do not even know it. So doing a cleanse for the kidney and maintaining good health is very important. Note that every disease that we may get or have can be cured just by changing your diet.

Things that will harm your kidneys are as follows; alcohol, too much sugar, eating too much processed foods, too much salt, taking too many pills, not drinking enough water and much more.

Helping your kidneys would be to reverse the aforementioned, start eating whole foods, getting lots of sunlight. As mentioned before, the sun is very healing to our bodies. Sun gazing can actually help to heal the kidneys because the eyes are one of the meridians to the kidney.

In addition to eating better you can start performing a kidney flush. This will jump start your journey to healthy kidneys.

The following is a tea recipe to help cleanse the kidneys. Should be taken for at least 3 weeks at a time.

Mix equal parts and take 1 tbsp a day, steeped in water.

  • Marjoram
  • Cat’s Claw
  • Comfrey Root
  • Uva Ursi
  • Hydrangea
  • Fennel Seeds
  • Goldenrod herb

These herbs can be found at

This is it, hope this helps you on your journey to health.
